Coaches have this really great habit of building a business solo really well until they hit about multiple six figures, mid-six figures and then they plateau because they’re so busy trying to do their coaching and run the business and market the business and manage their calendar and all those things that they they can’t go any further.

They’re working so much in the business that they have no time for anything else.

Everybody’s moving online but they’re also moving to group coaching programs and  evergreen or do-it-yourself coaching programs with courses and membership sites.

They’re finding that if they want to make seven and eight figures they can’t do it all themselves. They can’t do it just with one-on-one coaching and even group coaching which can get overwhelming if you have multiple coaching programs going on.

Creating A Team Of Coaches Under You For Scalable Revenue

There are also many people building a team of associate coaches so the main coach does the very high ticket high-end, one-on-one coaching and then their associate coaches do group coaching and specific kinds of coaching.

This allows them to be able to take on more clients and generate more revenue.

This combines with the group coaching, membership sites with courses and part pre-recorded coaching materials.

This is the greatest way for coaches to scale their business.
